Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product for your own personal use.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, upload, publish, resell, sublicense, modify for resale, or otherwise make the product available to another person or organization without prior written permission from Deveondi Publishing Co.

Purchasing one copy does not grant permission to distribute copies to friends, family members, clients, students, employees, groups, or organizations.

Intellectual Property

The Highest Version Method™, its written content, exercises, assessments, frameworks, graphics, branding, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Deveondi Publishing Co. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved.

Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate email address and maintain access to compatible software or devices necessary to use the product.

Refunds

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Because digital products are delivered immediately, sales are generally final after the digital product has been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law or otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
